Note Funding Resources, LLC specializes in the purchase of loan portfolios. We offer competitive pricing, exceptional service and quick closings to our clients. We work directly with real estate investors, land developers, builders, rehabbers, and financial institutions.

A portfolio is simply a group of individual loans where a variety of people are making payments for the individual property they purchased. We purchase loan pools and portfolios numbering 5 or more. Fewer than 5 notes will be priced by the individual note criteria.

In order to quote on a portfolio, we need the following faxed to us at (443) 782-0775 or emailed to us (preferred) directly.

This spreadsheet will give us the basic information on each note. The Information Memo will give us basic information on the note holder(s) and the overall picture of the portfolio. Both forms should be completed in their entirety.
